Yes! International shipping is available. Since rates vary by destination, just drop us a message on WhatsApp or Instagram DM with your location and we'll sort out shipping and a quote for you.

The carrier may leave the package with a neighbour, in a safe place, or leave a card with instructions to collect or reschedule delivery.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging with tags attached. See our Returns Policy for full details.

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it within 1-3 business days. Refunds are processed within 5 business days and may take an additional 3-10 days to appear in your account.

We recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item to ensure availability.

Contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours) with photos of the damage or wrong item. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund.

We offer both! Each product listing clearly states whether it's 100% human hair or synthetic. Human hair wigs can be heat-styled, while synthetic wigs hold their style longer.

For human hair wigs: Wash with sulphate-free shampoo, condition regularly, and air dry when possible. For synthetic wigs: Use products specifically designed for synthetic hair and avoid heat styling unless the wig is heat-resistant.

Measure your head circumference at the hairline. Most of our wigs have adjustable straps for a secure fit. Check our Size Guide for detailed instructions.

Human hair wigs can be coloured and heat-styled. Synthetic wigs should not be heat-styled unless specifically labelled as heat-resistant. Colouring synthetic wigs is not recommended.

With proper care, human hair wigs can last 1-3 years. Synthetic wigs typically last 3-6 months with regular wear. Proper storage and maintenance extend lifespan.
