These Terms govern your use of hyteehairven.com and any purchases you make. By using our website, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 16 years old (or have parental consent) to shop with us.

2. Your Account

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and take responsibility for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these Terms or for fraudulent purposes.

3. Products and Pricing

We do our best to show products accurately, but colours may vary on different screens. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP). We are not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged. Shipping is shown separately at checkout. All orders are subject to availability -- if something goes out of stock after you order, we will let you know and offer a refund or alternative.

Shipping

We offer three UK shipping options, which you select during checkout:

  • UK Standard -- £3.99 (3-5 business days)
  • UK Express -- £6.99 (1-2 business days)
  • Next Day -- £9.99 (next business day)

In special circumstances, we may adjust shipping on your order (for example, to correct an error or apply a promotional rate). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, though we make every effort to dispatch promptly. For full delivery details, see Shipping Information.

4. Orders and Payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. We accept payment via Stripe, including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Clearpay.

5. Using Our Website

Please use our website responsibly. You agree not to misuse it -- for example, by attempting unauthorized access, posting misleading content, or engaging in fraud.

If you leave a product review, it must be honest and appropriate. By posting a review you grant us a licence to display it on our site. We may remove reviews that breach these guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, images, software) belongs to Hytee Hairven or its suppliers and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or scrape any content without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or disruption to postal services (force majeure).

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you have a complaint, please email us at [email protected] first and we will do our best to resolve it.

If we cannot resolve your complaint directly, you may refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. We are not currently obliged to use ADR but may agree to do so on a case-by-case basis. If you are unhappy with how we handle a complaint, you can contact Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk) for further guidance.

9. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If goods are faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
